It’s been a long time coming, nearing the end of my journey as a Studio Arts student, I wanted to close this chapter with deep gratitude for my art, my family, and my friends.
In collaboration with @artsbymarie3 , we have curated a show that brings to light the conversations often left in the shadows, ones that need to be had to break generational curses within the African American community. This exhibition asks: If your walls could talk, what would they say? The moments of creation, laughter, tears, and deep conversations, everything that happens in the quiet of your own space, what stories would they tell?
